At Zennergy® LLC, we are committed to delivering a high-quality and professional wellness experience. Because our offerings are service-based and require time, resources, and preparation, refunds are generally not provided once a session is completed.
Eligibility for Refunds or Credits
Refunds or partial credits may be issued only under exceptional circumstances and are subject to the sole discretion of the business. Examples may include:
- A confirmed double booking made in error by Zennergy® LLC.
- Technical or scheduling errors on our part.
- Emergency cancellations with sufficient prior notice.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the service experience after completion of the treatment.
Medical Disclaimers & Waiver Acknowledgement
Zennergy® LLC will not provide refunds or compensation in cases where the client:
- Reports physical discomfort, pain, or adverse effects after completing the treatment and signing both the Consent Form and Health Questionnaire.
- Did not disclose relevant health conditions or medical history prior to the session.
By signing these forms, the client acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with therapeutic treatments and releases Zennergy® LLC from liability related to post-treatment issues.
As our offerings are service-based and not physical products, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. No Refunds After Service Delivery
Once a service has been rendered (fully or partially), it is considered final and non-refundable. This includes scheduled appointments, consultations, and treatment sessions. We do not offer refunds for completed services unless otherwise required by law.
2. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
- Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within the allowed window may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a full charge fee.
3. Packages and Prepaid Sessions
At this time, Zennergy® LLC do not offer any service packages, prepaid sessions, or multi-session bundles. All services are charged individually at the time of booking or service delivery.
Accordingly, refund policies related to prepaid packages do not apply.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in the following rare cases:
- A proven billing error on our part
- Provider was unable to deliver the service as agreed
- Legal requirement

6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
By using Zennergy® LLC’s services, the client acknowledges these terms and agrees that Zennergy® LLC is not liable for any of the above exclusions.
